不让新人说话和干点哈，不好玩。。。

所以说，前两天还有新人发帖问版主，怎么允许论坛里有黄色和交友广告的存在，好不容易搞定了现在又有人说发就发呗，大家辛苦点删除就好了，表限制新人的权利。这感情无论我们做什么都两头不是人啊？

谁能给个万全之策吧！！！！！
